Thumbs up reset transmission with ista d

Hi guys,

i want to reset my transmission adaptation values. Under ISTA D there are two possibilities. One is "read and reset adaptation values" and the other one is "reset learning values". Which is these two is the correct reset procedure?
I read a lot of posts but have no clarity which one to select.
My car is a 330 2016 sportline with 8 speed auto transmission.

Thanks for your help once again

It's the "read and reset adaptation values" option, it first shows you the adaptation values and counters and then lets you reset them to 0.

Many thanks. Any special procedure to follow after doing this? I mean driving at certain conditions, speeds, with gear selector in drive or manual,etc...??

Just drive normally and avoid high revs for a few miles.

This process has to be done with the enginee / gearbox cold or hot, or this is irrelevant?
