Want to go 20 non staggered bigger than norm tires. Will it work?

Hi everyone. In the first week of July I hope to be picking up a 328 coupe and a set of rims soon after. I've used search but couldn't find any definitive answer to my questions so thanks in advance for any help that is given.

I would like to go with 20 inch rims but going staggered really doesn't matter to me plus I would like to be able to be able to rotate the tires so I don't have to buy new tires as much as I guess I would with a staggered setup (can anyone tell me on average how much more you have to buy tires with a staggered setup?). Also and more importantly , personally I don't care for 30 series tires so if I went 20x9 with 245/35 on all four corners (or 20x8.5 w/ 235/35) would this work ok or would it rub? I may also lower afterwards if necessary to rid some of the fender gap but only with vogtland or eibach springs since they seem to give the least drop according to the research I've done on this forum.

Thanks again for any help.

20 - 9.0 all round will fit with the right offsets.
If you don't buy custom multi pc wheels, it may be hard to find 20-9.0 all around.

The thing about wheel fitments is that, it is a combination of offset, width, diameter, tires and suspension. There really is not cookie cutter method.

I think the safe way to go is 20 - 8.5 all around with +35 ~ +38 offset. should be nice and relatively "flush".
