Recallpocalypse
It seems nobody is really talking about the big recall yet on the forums, at least not on Bimmerpost front page or X3 forums.
It doesn’t really bother me, I’ve been through more than my share of recalls from VW to Toyota, some seemingly more serious, but anyone know if it affects G01 or just the previous gen? |

Ok, found another article that indicates G01 is clear, at least this time
http://autoweek.com/article/recalls/...llion-vehicles “740,000 vehicles from the 1-, 3- and 5-Series lineup, along with the Z4 and X3 and X5, all from model years 2007-11, involves a rusty crankcase ventilation valve. The second problem affects 2006-2011 3-Series cars, about 673,000 vehicles, and involves heating and air-conditioning wiring that could overheat, which could cause a fire.“ |

When you just hear it affects X3s, check all the X3 forums, and see no info you just post it somewhere to see who has info. |

agree -- this should be moved to the appropriate forum -- has no reason to be here
