[0.00]	PowderCoated or Painted wheels? I'm looking to get the chrome lip of some wheels on a vehicle of mine either painted or powdercoated black. I have no idea what is best, but I have heard both recommended. If anyone has had there's done after they have already used there wheels what is best?
