Quick question about DAB
I’ve got a 09 335i which doesn’t have DAB and the usual radio stations doing my head in,
SO
What are people doing/ using for Dab?

I don’t have it in my e91 but I’m regularly in cars that do have DAB and at least in the south of England DAB is a waste of time, always dropping signal.

mine had a factory fit one that used to be superb, after I changed the first battery its reception was never the same again. I must look into it one day but its bearable on my current journey into work etc

I use the Dension DAB+U with the oem aerial and the reception is very good. All integrated into the factory I drive and hidden away in the boot.

Didn't do a step by step photos as it's just taking off trim and running cables.

My car was spec'd with it when new but since the previous owner upgraded the idrive from ccc to cic dab is in the radio options but doesn't do anything when I click on it ???
I had it on a focus st though and never got on with it, always dropping out like others have said so it not working isn't the end of the world. FM is plenty good enough in my opinion so don't waste your money on it!
