2018 X1 Rear Camera guidelines

Any one else have one key that pulls up the rear camera guidelines and the other that only shows just the rear camera without guidance lines? Is there anyway I can get this taken care of without making a trip to the dealer? This is the 3rd F Chassis car in the family, and I don't think this is normal as I never experienced anything where one key works and the other doesnt like this before, but the other two F chassis (F80 /F82) don't have rear cameras, so I wouldn't know.. thanks in advance

Each key saves the preferences for each individual driver. Just set up the parking guidelines to be on with the key that isn’t showing the guidelines currently and that preference will be saved to that key.

How would you be able to toggle on and off for camera guidelines? I don't see that option in the manual and looked in the idrive..there's no physical button for it either

Go into reverse and look to the left of the display once switches to rear camera view. All camera options and adjustments are shown in there.

I had the same issue. I went mad trying to find the settings in the iDrive. I figured it had to be a setting that could only be set while in reverse. Sure enough on the left hand side of the camera view. I love the car but the cars iDrive and electronics are something to be desired.

I like the feature that each key can save its own configuration.
