Automatic transmission F30

Hi everyone, I have a F30 316d 2014 (build in 2013/11, don’t know if this has the 8HP transmission) I coded the 2TB option way back when I bought my car. Now I wanted to go back to original (since I don’t give that much about speeding) but now I do feel how he is shifting. Not extreem, but I can feel him. This only accours when the car has been totally cold. When the car is warmed up, you basically don’t feel him shifting. Should I be worried?

It is normal to feel the shifting when the oil in the box is cold in the winter.
How many miles on the car?
