M2 sold, now the M2 Competition wait?

My 2017 M2 is gone, and I am first on the list for an M2 Comp at my dealership.

Anyone else in the same position?

Nope. My M2 is inbound and should pick it up in the next week. Gave up waiting.

But I can understand why you'd want to trade up.

Nah, I'd rather just wait for the next generation M2 Competiton/CS/CSL. If that one isn't good I'll just get a Preowned comp M2

When does M2 Competition build start? I’ve heard anything from April to August.

Ynguldyn said that production starts in July.My CA also showed me the official BMW future model list this week and it said MY19 M2 production starts in July.It wasn’t listed as the M2 Competition,just M2.

We know more than most of the sales associates. When I went in a few weeks back to check and make sure every thing was worded right on my "I'm first" paperwork ... I basically took mine and another random Sales guy to M2 school... I hope I had some of the potential details correct!!! Otherwise I'm on a first place list to no where.

April will be here before we know it... July will take forever

I'm waiting til the end of the M2 line.

It worked for the 1M. Was the best place to be for the E30 M3 ( sport evo).

if I'm wrong I'll be looking for an X3M
