Is there any other way to get ISN without reading DME?
If no which tools could read MSD80 DME?
My car is all key lost and Tango asks ISN.

for example from cas, i have already readed cas and tango asks one working key or isn or ecu dump to program key. I have no tool to read msd80.

MSD80 can be difficult without better tools.

I suggest to you to find a copy of Tool: BMW ISN

There are free (cracked) versions available from a google search. You may use your CAS dump and see if it can reveal ISN.

all msd80-s work with ews4, and 99% of cases are already encrypted,

The BMW ISN tool can read the MSD80 ISN? This is not an option in the DME menu on the only version I could find (0.12.04.16). Is there a different version floating around?
