Turn signal (blinking) duration

Is there any way to alter the duration of a blink, or that of the pause between the blinks ? I've found settings for number of blinks, but not for duration. I really would like to get them a bit lazier

You can activate a 3 blink option. I love that feature. It is activated within the stock BC button

I know I can change the number of blinks. I was trying to change the duration of either the blink(s) or the pause(s) between them.
