With the rear bumper you mean the carbon fiber diffuser?

It is a BMW part - any dealer can get it for you.

probably have to remove rear wheels, pull out the liner...

have done this and is really quite easy took about 2 hours to fit the difusser.

the pre 06 models have a different difusser available oem from dealer

yes and no. the diffuser will fit but there will be a small gap on the lower corners, where the diffuser meets bottom of the bumper. you will have to either fill and match with carbon fiber, bondo, or just leave the gap

the owner of this car, filled the lower gap with carbon fiber he cut out for the quad setup and ran a seam of sealant on the top to take car of the gaps. the final pics look very good.

the last pic is a facelift bumper. I think body matched bondo may have an oem look to it.
