Sparkle Wash - Alexandria
If anyone else living in a condo building with no working water spouts is looking for a local car wash, I'd check out Sparkle Wash in Alexandria.
I've taken my car there a few times since I bought it, and you get interior vacuuming and dusting, a complete exterior wash (pressure free) and a hand dry for ~$20.00 + tip. They take great care of the car and it's never that crowded (at least in the mornings). It's on Rte 1/Jefferson Davis a mile or two south of the Beltway.

Sweet! Just what I was looking for. This is very close from where I am in Old Town. Do you know if they have any self-wash bays?

It's a pretty small place. Just drive-in/drying lanes and the wash facility IIRC.
