$1699/mo zero down 36 months 12k miles lease
Black on black not my preferred color but that’s what the dealer is offering. Has the following upgrades:
Drivers assistance Exec package 20” wheels Apple Play Bowers Wilkin sound system Is that a good deal??? What did you guys get on your lease? Should I wait on different color options?

Doesn't sound like a bad deal considering msrp is around $117k-$120k. I'm trying to see how my quote was also it was an Msrp of $118k 36/months 10k miles 1349/mo 7k down.

At 60% residual for 12K and a 0.00156 MF, you should be looking at a $1616 payment before taxes. |

Not a good way to do it. You need to know the numbers to understand what kind of deal you’re getting and if it could be better. Are you getting 3k, 4K off? You have no idea. However, from the numbers you did provide it looks like he is probably taking 3-4 k off. Not too bad. I’d push for 5k off or more and get the monthly payment down to about 1650 or less.

Even better than my quick calculation. Since yo don't know numbers..Say you'll give hime $1550/mo and work up from there. Have a hard limit mentally of $1620. Ask him about TTL.. are they covering this?? If they are then take the 1699.. that is a good deal bc ttl is about 7500 on 115k. |

An even better idea.. get the details of all the numbers, research and see if it's a good deal, or post the details on here. I cannot stress enough how not knowing the numbers and just looking at a monthly payment is a horrible way to do any car deal.

So you're getting it for MSRP? No discount? At $115,295 and 36 months and 12k miles/yr, you're looking at a base lease of $1570 a month. I looked up your tax rate and its 8.25%. When I run the numbers with your taxes, the monthly is now $1699 as you were quoted. You'd have to come up with registration and fees. I would say that it is not a good deal because you did not receive a discount on the car. Otherwise, the numbers are correct.

California doesnt count. Bunch of retards over there. A lot of people are getting some sort of discount on the forum. May not be a huge discount, but its something. I wouldnt pay MSRP no matter what.
