How to open plastic panel at back of front seat?

I’ve heard many comments on lack of comfort on the X1 standard seats.

Anyone tried installing lumbar support on standard sears like this one?

I’ve been trying to open up the plastic panel at he back of the front seats to see how to install this, but can’t seem to figure out how to do it. Couldn’t find any info on how to do it in the internet either.

Anyone knows how? Would really appreciate input if you do.
