Interior led lights
Need some help, I am shipping the car to the new owner and the driver of
The truck is telling me that the interior led’s won’t turn off, I haven’t driven it in a while, is that correct ? When the car is completely shut off, do any blue led’s stay illuminated ? I thought I remembered everything turning off Also, if the battery dies, how can we jump it ? Is that even possible? Thanks |

No, the LED's should go off. I wonder if one of the doors is slightly ajar.
The owner's manual indicates that re-charging the batteries, both high voltage and 12V, must be done by a service tech. |

First I'd try just charging it through the EV charging cable. The main EV battery is supposed to also keep the 12V battery charged if I recall correctly. If that doesn't work you will need to pop the bonnet (hood) and use jump leads to charge the 12V battery.
