The best render I've seen so far, but still not tempted. Maybe without the dumbass-looking side vents...

They'll likely have something like that there;
it's part of the hood break line.

It doesn't make sense to have a cut-line there - the entire fender woould already be a pretty small, simple piece without that section.

wow.. that front end looks BAD ASSS... It looks so much meaner and sportier than our current front ends. (M's too). I definitly would want the finish product to have that front end. I'm not too sure about the back end though.

Gawddd.. this photoshopped concept picture made the anticipation even more unbearable.

You can see the same thing here (including the grill), under the psychedelic tape job.

I'm not crazy about the front bumper, but the rest of it is much nicer than I thought it would be. I guess we'll see if the real thing looks that good.

Go BMW! Our trusted informant did say that BMW was going to really step it up in the handling department as well. That info coupled with these looks would be greeat.

Its great to see the car getting so many positive reactions. BMW had to keep some of the signature cues that make in an identifiable Z4.

Our trusty BMW insider "Scott27" says that the illustration is 94% accurate!!

He is Scott26 on some sites and Scott27 on others. If you go on Germancarzone.com/bmw, you'll see where he was a bit shocked at the accuracy of the rendering.

Plus, he's seen the car!

I could have told you it's 94% accurate. You would be suprised how much you can see with the camo if you can get your mind around the black/white contrasting camo. You can see the grille, body creases/character lines, and you can make the shape of the lights out.

I think whats wrong is the sidevent. It's not accurate. The character line is also a little off. It's nearly the same as the current Z4 but the new one has quite a different one.
