So I looked at my treads today...

And as I was looking around the car; I noticed a nail like thing in one of my rear wheels. I've been driving around for at least 100 plus miles and its been fine. I'm just a little worried since I will be driving home soon, about 300 miles or so. Should I get it pulled out and repaired? And how much will a patch cost? Its not in the sidewall so I'm pretty sure it can be patched. Just thought I'd ask a little advice from the gurus, thanks!

they probably won't patch run flats. You'll have to find a shop that will
