Is there a way to display Valentine 1 output in Headsup Display?

There was a module that allows the information for the Valentine one to be displayed in the central information system in the Audi's. I never bothered getting it since I had a nice spot to mount the remote display for it. I cannot find a good place to mount it in the M5 due to the shape of the console and lack of a flat spot that does not obscure the view of the rest of the instrument cluster. My m2 had a good spot (left side of instrument cluster, kind of hidden from outside eyes) that was an easy reach to hit the mute button and still in my field of view for easy of seeing the warning lights.

Then I got thinking.....it's be nice if someone came up with a way to display the information in the Headsup Display! Now that would be cool.

I am patient. Someone start working on it......now.....dam it....now.

Not sure you will see this in the HUD anytime soon, especially not for a BMW. We have a Custom Rear View Mirror Display available for many radar applications including the V1. We stock the F90 M5 mirrors and can do a core exchange. You can contact us at scott@radar-mirror.com

That is interesting but the goal was to have the display more in the center of my view, currently my radar detector is located just to the left of the rear view mirror LOL.

I have seen those before and they are pretty cool. I just wish Valentine made a truly hidden unit, then that display would be perfect.

We have a custom enclosure available made using a BMW motion sensor cover you can use to hide the V1 on the rear deck. Radar alerts operate normally.
