Valvoline modern engine oil

Have y’all ever heard of this stuff? If you read the website it basically claims it’s designed for GDI engines and can prevent build up of deposits on intakes and valves. I haven’t seen a jug of this and I can’t find if it’s bmw approved...

Get an oil catch can. Mishimoto or BMS. Also, get a Rob Beck PCV valve and metal cap. That's the only two things that will help prevent oil build up on your intake valves.

Is the Valvoline oil certified LL-01? If not, I wouldn't use it. You need an oil that is formulated for a European engine.

In addition, you should invest into a walnut blaster. $200.00 is a great investment given it will cost you $400-500.00 to pay to have it done. I'd do a walnut blasting every 30-36,000 miles. A clean engine, is a happy engine
