Fellas when I did my first ED of my M4, I had to "rent" winter tires being that it was October. I was reading on line that those tires are required from October to about Easter. My question is, are there any exact "to/from" dates? Planning an early spring ED.

As i know there is no set date ! Its just under icy conditions you have to have winter tires according to the law. Most people change to winter tires in October and keep them on untill around Easter.

I just received my European Delivery package and the date is October 15 or later when winter tires are required.

Usually we put winter tyres if the average daily temperature goes under 5 celsius. Last year it was november, this year.... I dont know

I had 19" Continentals. It cost me $330 for the four days I was driving in Germany.
