Getting the best deal

So, my local dealer quoted me what I felt was a reasonable deal on a 2019 M5 to be built later this year, but another dealer in a different state sent me a quote for the identical car that was $1000 less but it's now 2 weeks later. Should I play that deal off the original quote and ask for the grand off? I'd like to stay local, I like the CA but I don't want them to think I went deal shopping AFTER I agreed on their price.

There will be discounts on this car soon. You can bet on it. I would hold out.
