Need to Replacing door actuator, door wont open

Well im trying to replace my driver side door actuator that went bad the other but my door wont open any way i tried .
I need the get to the 2 bolts holding in place to remove the old unit, but my door wont open in the firts wtf

Any tricks or tips in how to get the door open?

unlock manually with key in fob....and pull the outside handle.
