WTH! Why is there a small child stuffed in your trunk!!
 My e38 had a sticker that showed how to place 3 dead bodies in the trunk...and back in that era...there were multiple (politically incorrect) labels that were out there to shock friends & family if they opened the trunk (see example of some below):
