Can anyone tell if this exhaust is stock?

I bought a used M235i that had some mods and I'm trying to figure out what exhaust I have. It seems a little more aggressive that I would have expected stock, but it's also not so aggressive that I know it's modded. Can anyone recognize this exhaust from these pictures? Is this stock?

It is the MP exhaust from BMW. Mine came from the dealer with the MPE already installed, but it can also be purchased separately.

Thank you so much! That's what I was thinking but I wasn't sure.

How can you tell? Just curious because mine looks the same but it's not the performance exhaust.

MPE has a plate identifying it and the muffler is circular, rather than a rounded triangle of the standard exhaust.

Not all the MPEs have a plate. However the biggest clue in that pic (aside from the shape) is the clamp that connect the muffler to the mid pipe.

Mine is circular as well but sounds nothing like the mpe. Would you mind showing me a picture of stock OEM vs mpe? I'm about to buy an mpe muffler and I want to make sure I don't already have one...

Best way rather than guessing based on shape etc is to look at the exhaust on your car, there will be a part number stamped on it that should be visible. That is the definitive way to check.
