Speaker sizes for the Hifi?

Some websites like Crutchfield don't have X2 yet for the speaker compatibility. Even Bavsound has no X2 in their list. Anyone knows the sizes of the speakers for upgrade options? Planning to put Hertz, Audison or Focal...

I already upgraded my Hifi with 12w7 custom boxed, added Audison twitters, 2 JL amps, LC2i and Epicenter. I still have to hear it perform before I add a DSP or upgrade the mids. I'm excited to see the final outcome. I trusted the installer for the final look, I just input some ideas of what I want.

BMW uses the same size speakers in every model. The only difference is how the speaker mounts in the door or rear shelf. There are 2 different types mounts used. One is higher with foam (i.e. F30/80) the other is a lower type of mount without foam.

Just because crutchfield doesn't have the X2 information doesn't mean existing BMW type speakers won't fit. Take the door panel off and look at the way the speaker is mounted then buy that same type of speaker.

Thanks for the input. My installer have the sizes and will do custom mounts for the speakers that I want. Almost done with my setup. Will add a processor and audison speakers later. The sub is so sick... He did an excellent job with the aesthetic too. It blended well with the interior of my car.
