What fits a 330i - Non Sport?

I'm looking at a 330i, Non-Sport...

Its possible I would want 162's down the road - Could get them from bmwwheels.com... Or even a set of M5 wheels (love them)...

The question is, will they fit a 330i non-sport... I think they will... but... is this true?

Could I get away with getting four 18x8's? instead of having a staggered setup? Bad idea? Why?

Thanks.

See my previous post

"Why do you want 8" wheels with higher offset anyway? It makes your car look worse than the 17" stock ones (stuck in more). I put 8.5"x18 wheels with 38mm offset all around and 235/40 tires in order to rotate them, but I think I've made the bad decision. My rear wheels look tucked in so much that I even want 20-mm spacers for them."
"The nice thing about staggered wheels that you will get much wider wheels in the back to make up for the high offset, so your car ends up more aggressive from the rear even w/o spacers"

pretender - maybe because the wheel that people like only comes in 18x8 with high offsets. they can easily just use spacers right? problem solved. staggered is mucho $$ since you will most likely have to go 19 for staggered. then extra $$ for the tires too, when the difference b/w 19 and 18 isnt even that much.

Well, that's what I thought: saved some $$$ and went for 18" all around. I spent over a $1.2k for them. Now, I'm not really happy with the look. What the heck...just for $300 more I could've gone for the 19" staggered and would've been happy since. I believe it's worth the money tho. Just like when I bought the car in 2000: I could've gotten the 325i E46 back then, but in order to save $6K, I went for the V6 Accord EX. Even the car was nice, my satisfaction was never fullfilled. When I saw a 3-series bimmer on the street, I kept looking at it. I had to wait for 5 years to get the car I liked and finally I got this 330 e90. I'm never happier. Everyday, I enjoy it. That's what satisfaction's all about. Don't skim on money and never satisfy.

thats interesting. howd u end up with only 300$ more? is that 300 per wheel/tire or 300 total. going from 18 inch to 19 costs usually hundreds more already. then the staggered back wheels, couple more hundreds. then the bigger tires that are not rotatable, another few hundreds. i think it would cost way more than 300 dollars to go from 18x8 on all 4 to 19x8.5 and 19x9.5/10. also. what if the wheels u want do not even come staggered or in 19 inch.

Great advice. I waffled on the wheels and tires for my 330i for months. I looked at 18" then 19"'s, staggered/non-staggered and finally decided on exactly what I wanted and stuck to it. I didn't skim, didn't compromise, and I'm totally happy with what I have. I bought the wheels, then saved up and bought the tires. Sometimes true happiness means waiting a little while to get it.
