Cover panel for sliding armrest

Hello,
I need help to disassembly plastic cover panel from back of armrest.
This thing is loose and rattle a lot on bumps. I need put to the bottom some felt or sponge tape to remove this noise. In the photo below is the element which I mean (number 3, part number 51169253558):

Anyone tried to take it off or know how to do it?
