Help! DRL Reprogramming!
soo me and yeung330xi wanted to get our DRLs shut off this weekend but cross avenue auto has limited staff on the weekends and the guy said he can't do it for me on saturday..
yeung330xi is coming up from windsor to do this reprogramming specifically b/c they don't offer these kinda services there.. therefore, it's gotta b this weekend! ne help guys? who else does this sorta thing?! |

Yes, it's $40 to 50...
I don't see why they can't do it on the saturday, simply because all they have to do it plug it in and do it... takes maybe 15 to 20 min max... Don't really think there are any other shops that does it. You need one that has the BMW diagnostic tool to get this to work... Oh, if your dealer thought your DRL is not working, they may reprogram it to original...

And a trip to Oakville
It's far for those of us out of Oakville/Mississauga/Brampton Mine got "cancelled" awhile back and I never managed to go back.

Back to the topic, no, I do not think there are any other place that does it.
You may want to try contacting Bimmersport, Europa, and Chuck's Auto and see if they can do it. These are the 3 places I know specialized in BMW and would probably invest in a BMW specific diagnostic tool... I would throw in RMP as well, but I do not think they have the equipment.

just tell issac to come up earlier...you can meet em down there. its really quite simple. plug it into the computer and you select the option to deselect the lights...call and ask for sam. he should be able to teach the guy how to fix in like 5 mins...
