bmw connected app troubles
anyone else having trouble with the bmw connected app? Worked fine for the first 5 weeks I had this car, then stopped updating a couple of weeks ago. I removed & reinstalled but get an error when trying to register my car now.

App won't even open for me. Every previous version of the app has worked on my Verizon iPhone X. I contacted ConnectedDrive customer service and got this response:
"We have escalated the issue. Thank you for contacting us about this matter and we apologize for any inconvenience. Sincerely, BMW NA ConnectedDrive Services Customer Care" |

Same here!
I use the application frequently, but today, when I tried to see the status of my car, the application does not show any, it just shows the message to add new vehicles ... when I tried to add the vehicle, the application says: "This vehicle has already added to your account"...for me this problem comes with the latest update of the application in iOS last week. |
