ARMYTRIX M2C Exhaust in the makes

Hey Guys!

So I've been looking to get the ARMYTRIX system for my M2 comp landing this weekend and they didn't have anything for me yet but they did inform me that they have an exhaust in the making!

Just not a big fan of the STD Eissenman, Akra, AE, or Remus setups. Remus has my choice as of now.

So without a M-Performance exhaust to hear I'm just waiting until I hear from ARMYTRIX...Hopefully BMW has an exhaust system to match the part # they published with the M2C parts list!

So hopefully something comes soon from ARMYTRIX because that setup on the S55 sounds amazing!

Does anyone know of any other brands releasing a system for the M2C that are currently out and for sale?

Active Autowerke has both a mid-pipe and full exhaust system for sale that make the S55 sound a lot better. The full system is also basically the same price as Remus even though it's not just an axle back.

IMO the main thing to improve with the exhaust is the huge muffler hanging out back, and the M Performance Exhaust (whenever it becomes available) won't change the muffler size/location and will just put the M Performance brand on it.

That disqualifies MPE as an option for me, which sucks because I love the sound on the m3/4 and would prefer to stick with OEM parts.

The active autowerkes full exhaust with the vrsf downpipes setup is I think the best one out right now, check out the youtube videos to understand. Also when the hell are any of the m performance parts coming out? no word on the exhaust which really sucks, the front lip spoiler launches in the middle of January at my dealer, and that is the only part as of right now.

In fairness, we might not know what the MPE looks like yet. I suspect the static model they had might have just been a prototype and might not be reflective of the final design. Then again, could be wishful thinking on my part.

I do think this system sounds good but I just want more grunt out of it without having to change DP's. BAN M2 has the full system on his and it sounds good but I still prefer the ARMYTRIX or M performace sound. I just hope the MP system get's rid of the diaper and also become available in the next 90 days before the winter is over up here in New England

I do believe it has the best sound setup so far but it has the most changed and I've heard it a few times now. I just want to hear the Eisenmann Race setup but no one has a clip of it.

So If I go off of what the ARMYTRIX M3/M4 sounds like then that will probably be my choice unless M-perf blows it out the water in terms of value since their warranty and price are always great.

side note I work for BMW and yes the parts are so delayed it's insane and I'm waiting for more options on the front lip before I get one. I did however just get the rear WING!

People posted photos of the MPE in another thread and the muffler looked the same except it said "M PERFORMANCE" on it, so yeah even though it sounds the best it's potentially even uglier than stock.

Lightweight performance.

Armytrix indeed sounds like a good option, haven't checked in while, but they are maybe the 2nd expensive right after Akra, yes?

The system will be 4-5k but it's of course a 3/4 system including mid pipes and CF tips. M3/M4 was just under $5,000.
