I have a strange problem with driver profiles.
I open the car with one of the keys I choose the driver's profile, change his name, pairs the phone after BT, set the shortcut buttons for the radio, etc.
I can even store profile on USB everything looks ok.

I'm closing the car with the same key.

I return after 15 minutes, I open the car, all driver profiles have again the names of "Driver profile 1" etc.,
all settings disappear, the phone does not pair with BT.

I tried to delete personal data again, set profile, etc.

I have Business Navi, F30 2017.
