EGR Cooler Recall UK

Just received a recall letter from BMW about the EGR Cooler Recall for my F25 30D. Anyone in the UK had it done yet? I had issues back in April 2017 and it was diagnosed to be the EGR valve which was replaced per this thread:

From what I read online the EGR valve and cooler are the same unit i.e. replacing the valve means the cooler was replaced. However as mine was replaced early 2017 and the current recall only came out mid 2018 I guess my replacement EGR could also be party of the affected batch so I will still have to book it in to be replaced again
