2013 BMW X3 Rear Suspension Clunky Noise and Applying Brakes Vibrate

Kms - 164k
Year 2013
Bmw x3 35i xdrive

I have recently changed by rear Disc and all 4 brake pads but dint change my front brake disc plate. I started experiencing vibrations after applying brake for a 2 week and then suddenly i got a clunky noise from rear suspension whenever i drive. the sound comes when its slow but when its in high speed it doesnt come , moreover sound is not related to brakes.

I have warranty from people choice for a year left . Need to know what is the issue and will it be covered in my warranty which Gold Package
