Rear window washer

When I push the stalk for rear window washing, the wiper moves but there is no spray.

The new pump bench tests fine. The problem is that there isn’t 12v supplied to the pump when the stalk is pushed. The ground wire is showing continuity to ground. The front windshield washer works fine. I checked all of what appear to be relevant fuses.

Is there a relay somewhere in the rear window washer circuit?
