I have the follwing items for sale,
1) Up for sale is Shure SE210 head phone. It retails @ futureshop for $199. I bought these head phones for my iPhone and I realized that i should have gone with the V-Moda. These are practially new. I bought these over the week end and used them for less than 1 hour. It comes with every thing. If you want I can even give you the box it came with but the box is torn.

2) Focal Polyglass 130V slim series Brand New. $180 + Shipping
Focal 165KPS - Used. It was in my WRX and when it was removed from the car after the accident installer forgot to take the covers for the Croos over. They were in the car for less than 3 months - $200 + Shipping.

3) Black Berry Pearl 8130 - It is locked and will work on Telus. Used it for just over 5 months. Comes with Every thing. Plus I will throw in the original leather case for the Blackberry. - $175 + Shipping.

Yeah I know that I can get a refund from Futureshop. However I am one of those people that firmly believes in buyers beaware policy. I have never returned any thing back to the stores if I believe I made the wrong choice. In this case Yes definitely I made the wrong choice.

I totally understand that.
Here is where I stand. I am a part owner of a retail business and I hate when people make impulse purchase or purchase soem thing with out proper home work. Normally I do my own home work before I buy any thing. I will return it to them if they sell V-moda unfortunately they don't. In this case I clearly made the mistake of buying a product with out doing my home work. Also I hate to take some ones commision because my self as a consumer didn't do the job. I wasted a sales person's time and in that time he could have made another sale.
One more thing I am really happy with the quality of the head phone. However It doesn't have the mic function. At the time when I bought the headphone I didn't know that there is a headphone out there with that functionality.

I know it is weird and most of you will say this is a f***ed up theory , but that is what I believe in and that is what I have lived by sofar.

I have a pair of these headphones. They're comfy and noise reduction is good too.

Edited the original post. In OP I said it was a Focal 165 K2P but it is not. It is a 165 KPS which is a step down model from the K2P's.
