Question Instrument cluster goes black while driving

Just checking if this is a known issue and somehow can be solved.

For the second time today, while driving at constant speed with the cruise control, all the instrument cluster went black and the car felt like it's lost power.
The feeling of the power lost could be simply related to the temporary lost of the cruise control but, what could cause the blackout?

The first time I took the car to the dealer I was told that they had no idea and no errors were found.

The car is a 420 GC 2018 with the full digital instrument cluster 100% stock.

Any suggestion?

Totally agree. The car is far too new. I sense there is a short somewhere and the dealer elected not to chase it.

Will do. I'll also try another dealer since the last one didn't seem to care much

Requires a software update to higher I-Level. Already a documented solution and fix with PuMA for digital cluster and/or iDrive crashing temporarily and rebooting.

This is a very good information! I'll take it with me to the dealer.
