crash course on Menzerna SIP & 106FF

I know my way around a PC7424, but I need a crash course on using Menzerna SIP & 106FF as I have never used Menzerna polishes before.

Ill be polishing a sapphire black e92 with light wash induced marring, with some heavier swirls/scratches on the hood and bumper.

I plan on doing SIP on on orange LC pad, but should I use a white polishing or black finishing pad for the 106FF? Should I prime any of the pads?
