M340i RealOEM.com Part Diagrams Posted
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com Looks like RealOEM.com just posted parts diagrams for the M340i: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/part...G20-BMW-M340iX Curious to see what people will find. I'm poking around myself. Last edited by RPM1123; 04-01-2019 at 10:58 PM.. |

Looks like the exhaust isn't a recycled MPPSK part, it's an entirely new system:

if anyone has experienced MPPSK... cold start is LOUD, probably too loud for a casual buyer considering this exhaust has to support a much broader audience maybe this is to give essentially 3 levels of exhaust? -Cold start 1 pipe -warmed up 2 pipes (normal mode, behavior like current 340 exhaust) -sport mode internal flaps open (LOUD MODE) |

The description for part 2 on the M340 says exhaust with flap which is consistent with the mppsk which features multiple flaps. My assumption is the actuators are on m340 are internal like mppsk (on mppsk you can't order any actuators, failed flaps call for full replacement) Using that logic I assumed a multiflap system |

It's better to use https://bimmercat.com (the former etk.cc). It has a slightly newer version of the catalog and can easily do things like show everything changed by the Motorsport Engineering Package (option 33T): https://bimmercat.com/bmw/EN/search/...ce/60522/S33TA
Though the steering rack part is still not there (and not in the April catalog either). |
