Possible to ED 335i w/ DCT?

I am buying a 2009 335i and so far it really seems like the e92 is not coming with DCT, so I am curious about importing one with DCT. Isn't doing European Delivery practically like importing or are they both completely different methods of buying the car? Is it even possible to import with USA regulations? I have tried my cousins m3 and it really accelerates like none other making the dual clutch option so appealing. Anyways this is really a huge selling point to me when it comes to the e92, otherwise I will be buying the sedan .

Yup, I ordered mine last week in Belgium.

Production starts week 38 for DCT on E92 335i, however I have no idea for outside Europe.

ED cars are the same as US cars, there is no way to get EU options. People always think they can do what they want with ED, but it is actually a good deal less flexible than regular delivery. There is no official BMW way to import a EU car, and honestly any other way would be so cost prohibitive you are better off getting a Porsche...
