How does my lease deal look for this 2019 X5?

36/10k
Cash Due at Signing: $5,051 (First Month, Tax, Acq, Doc and Reg. Fee's)
Total Monthly: $823.53

(Breakdown of the Upfront Fees #24):
Acq Fee: $925
Doc Fee: $699
Reg Fee:$310

Thoughts on these numbers? Anything I’m missing that shouldn’t be in there?

Should I roll taxes into the monthly and lower my upfront payment? So the new math would be approx. $887 a month with only $2,758 due at signing including first month payment. Thanks guys.

I rolled everything into mine including taxes, tire, wheel, dent and windshield coverage. Let them keep my $1000 deposit and that's it. My cap cost reduction including discount and incentives was about $8500.

lease

Good deal. looks like 10% off Msrp.

Taxes, It's a personal preference, I prefer to include them in the payments.

Boy did I learn from this forum after making this thread originally back in April when I first joined this place. Thank God I did not go through with this deal and waited, advice from a few members PM’s. I patiently scoured the forums for months, reading and learning about leasing as much as I could. Finally pulled the trigger this evening! Thank you BimmerPost members for all the help and support, especially through PM’s! You know who you are, I appreciate it. It was worth the patience! It paid off in spades.
