Alignment necessary for wheel swap?

Hi guys, new to this forum, coming from a Benz ML and have my X5 40i Msport coming next week.

The dealer has the vehicle with the 20" A/S on it from the Msport package.
I wanted the 22" so they are doing a swap from another vehicle in stock instead of a factory order.

Since the 22" are a staggered setup, when they do the swap, does an alignment need to be done to adjust camber or anything? Not sure if the factory setup for the 20" is different than the 22".

Also, is there any coding they may need to do in the system?
