Rusted 2011 Trailer Hitch issue (US)

Hi - my 2011 X3's trailer hitch has rusted badly - the bracket on the left side that holds the wiring connection (4 & 7 pin) has completely disintegrated. Does anyone know of a solution for this? So far, I've not been able to find the (simple) bracket by itself anywhere.

Likely going to have to buy a whole new unit. I do not know of any where the brackets are sold separately.
