Connected Drive - cannot add car.....dropped off....
Today I notice the Connected Drive app no longer shows my car and thus the connected apps in the car don't work and the remote car info, etc...
I tried 're-adding' my car, got past the prompt for the VIN, got verification, then tried to go through the next screen. Could not reconnect to my car. Anyone see this happen? Going to try the "microsoft" thing, and uninstall the app and reinstall. Mike

Reinstalling App did not fix it.

Ditto. I called customer service yesterday and they said it was down for maintenance, and would be back up in a few hours. I still got nothing in the car and the app seems to think I'm no longer registered.

glad to hear confirmation of my suspicions but odd that it acts like this rather than just give an error, the car dropped off my list.....my other 12 BMW's are still on the list, (JK).

Mine is still off. More like deleted. I sent an email to customer service but haven't heard back yet. Something is up with the server or cloud or database or whatever it is. Really weird.

It may be the connected drive PLUS that dropped off. I just re added it ($25 a year) and will reset car apps later......
