How to get rear LED strip to stay on permanently?

Hi all

well I finally got my 2019 X2 MSport...after ordering in Sep 2018 it just arrived 2 weeks ago. Admittedly I did ask them to delay build until Jan 2019 as I was working overseas

Anyway, was wondering if there's any known way of getting the beautiful LED strip on the rear lights to stay on when headlight switch is on Auto?

I can only get it to illuminate when I manually switch the headlight to sidelight or mainlight, but on Auto, it only switches on when the headlights come on. It doesn't come on with the daytime running lights which are on all the time...

cheers

Bimmercode... it will let you set them as daytime running lights.
