Hope you guys are doing well. I sent my 17 340i to the dealership this week as my driver side blind spot cone illuminates randomly even there is no one around. They solved this problem but also changed my NBTevo unit from my previous version L to version Q instead. They claimed that the navigation system does not work after recoding my previous computer so they did something to my unit (I don't know what exactly they did) to get my navigation back.

It looks like my blind spot detection back to normal but all the retrofit I did to my computer was gone and cannot be recovered. I added an Apple Carplay and upgraded from ID5 to ID6 lite with my previous NBTevo, however it was gone and I cannot use the same bin file to flash these features back. My driver profile is still there, and I have the option to get the Apple Carplay from connected drive store for $80/yr or $300 lifetime (before the upgrade the Apple Carplay is not provided for my car in the store). I also cannot flash the system upgrade downloaded from bmw.com/upgrade with a USB disk as the system said the file is incompatible. Any solution to recover my ID6 lite and CarPlay feature is appreciated.

You'll need to ask the people that hacked your system.
