New 435i owner here. Hopefully this will be a simple question. I purchased Dinan C/F Mirror Covers since they are $300 vs BMW's $550 price. I didn't install them yet however I am contemplating purchasing a used M Performances C/F rear lip.

Can anyone confirm if Dinan's carbon fiber is "close enough" to BMW M Performance carbon? I don't care if it isn't identical, but I can't have the weave be different or the finish. Some aftermarket carbon has a yellow/kevlar look to it where the Dinan mirrors are true gray/black
