I understood that if your DME was updated to the March 2019 version it would replace the bootloader in the DME to a version that would lock out flash tunes through ODB. I PMd one of the tuners, they said to just not let the service dept. update the DME. I have read that one of the tuners have overcome the issue already. There is hope 😉

I’ve been in contact with VF concerning my M2C that has the latest DME updates from BMW.
They are currently working on a fix right now and expect to have a solution soon. I’ll post up here in this thread with any news. |
