it will fit, however in the rear, the lip and tire will be poking around 7-12mm past the fender, depending on the tire size.

are you lowered or will you be lowering?

the best tire sizes for those rims (on x-drive) are 235/35/20, 275/30/20...
or 245/30/20, 285(or295)/25/20
or 255/30/20, 295/25/20

notice how expensive the tires are, especially at wider widths. if you lower you'll require a lot of negative camber in the rear. super wide tires in the rear will make your slow n20 slower and cause more understeer, if you care.

imo, the rear is too wide and you're better off running four fronts, 20x9 with 255/30/20.

i understand how slow the n20 is unfortunately, but the car will be on air suspension soon and used for show, so it wont be a huge concern to me, but i do want a fender to lip fitment when aired out, other offset options i have are +25 offset in the rear for the 20x10.5 and +20 offset for the front 20x9s. which is better for me?

Ahh ok, if you're going slammed stanced it's better to read through and post questions here... https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=909786

I am not a fan of and just minimally informed about slammed stanced setups, but regarding your original planned wheels size and offsets, it will work with stretched tires and a lower offset up front.
