Sounds like it, get it checked ASAP, mine went bad and was overcharging to 19V and took out my water pump that only had 10,000 miles on it. A

My impression is that "It's time to read ALL of the code (1) Definitions, (2) Details, and (3) Freeze Frame Data, and then trace the BSD wiring and connectors, starting with X13895 above the Negative Battery Terminal, to determine what is disconnected in the BSD Bus per this TIS BSD "Interface Signals" circuit diagram:
https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/e...ces/1VnXfV9T3f

It would appear to be more than a coincidence that four of your 7 codes relate to each of the four components on the BSD bus (Alternator, Coolant Pump, OZS, & IBS) and the other 3 codes relate to Alternator, Coolant Pump and Quiescent current issues, likely related to the BSD bus errors which result in NO communication with those components.

Have you even read System Voltage Parameter with motor running and Alternator charging, using scan tool, Multimeter at Jumpstart terminals or lighter socket, or Hidden Menu 9.00? Unless you have a "lightshow" with multiple warning lights or icons lit on your Instrument Cluster, or things like your wipers activating on their own, or read voltage > 15.0V with engine running, there is no reason to diagnose Overvoltage from Alternator. The Red Battery light can come on for any number of reasons, from lack of proper charge, to overcharge to electrical system fault, etc.

More data from your scan tool would be helpful (as identified above) but on the basis of what you have posted, I would start with BSD bus connections at each of the four components identified.

Repeating the same results isn't going to help anyone help you. What engine do you have? Are these codes coming up all the time? Are you getting reduced power when they do come up? I know on the N55 bad coils can cause this type of issue after a wot pull. Normally when you restart the car everything is fine again.
