Loud clicking noise from front brakes

Hey all,

I get this clicking noise from the front when I drive at slow speeds, slowing down just before a speed bump. Its especially loud after braking at slow speed after switching from forward to reverse, and vice versa. Loudest when I brake after reversing into a parking spot/my driveway.

I've done some research however it seems like it could either be a ball joint or improperly seated brake pads? Haven't had time to take a look. I purchased the car this past December 2018 and had brakes done in November. Its a 328xi wagon.

As far as I know I can't hear it when I'm driving at non-parking lot speeds nor do I hear any noise while turning.

Here's a clip below. You can hear it between the 00:02 - 00:03 mark.

Any ideas? Thanks.
